The Rawleigh Property Group was established in 1994.  The Group is made up of a number of companies specialising in different sectors of the property industry.

Mecabury Properties undertakes the majority of the Group's commercial investment and development projects, JWT Estates invests in residential property with a view to holding its stock long term and Rawleigh Homes undertakes the Group's speculative residential development projects.

The Group remains acquisitive and continues to search for good quality residential and commercial investment and development opportunities which represent value for money and hold potential for capital growth.
